Laudio Reveals Healthcare’s First Staff Relationship Management Platform at TeleCon18

This week, Laudio, healthcare’s first staff relationship management platform designed to improve employee engagement and reduce staff burnout, is participating in TeleCon18 – TeleTracking Technologies, Inc., annual conference focused on solutions that improve the patient experience across the care continuum. TeleCon18 is being held October 15-17, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, TX. Featured in the event’s Innovation Lab, Laudio is pleased to reveal the latest version of its technology to forward-thinking healthcare leaders identifying impactful ways to maximize the delivery of patient care.

“An individual patient’s experience depends on multiple factors at the hospital,” said CJ Floros, Laudio’s chief operations officer. “In addition to experiencing an optimized and timely workflow, patients want to interact with competent and compassionate staff who deliver the highest quality care. Laudio meets that objective with innovative technology that builds stronger staff engagement and higher staff satisfaction across care teams.”

By aggregating and analyzing staff information from the hospital’s disparate data sources, Laudio uses artificial intelligence to provide individualized insights on each staff member. Equipped with these data-driven, real-time observations, front-line managers are provided with evidence-based recommendations and the comprehensive tools to act upon them all in one centralized platform. Laudio is proving that increased interactions lead to higher staff satisfaction which results in improved patient satisfaction.

“Through our research, we know that healthcare managers, with on average 70-100 direct reports, are challenged when building staff satisfaction across such large teams,” reported Tom Hills, Laudio’s senior vice president of sales. “We also know that the right engagement with the right staff, at the right time can improve workplace culture, which ultimately translates to a better patient experience.”

Also in TeleCon18’s Innovation Lab, Laudio will present its research on staff attrition from one of the largest studies of its kind. Based on turnover data from 12 health systems across the U.S., the results demonstrate wide variation among employee demographics, hospital settings, and clinical specialties. In addition, leadership will demonstrate the platform’s features and explain the peer-reviewed research that drives the Laudio algorithm, which is used to predict employees at risk and recommend actions to mitigate it.
